PCN First Contact Physiotherapist

As a Primary Care Network (PCN) First Contact Physiotherapist, I assess, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, including problems affecting the muscles, joints, bones, and soft tissues. Patients can often see me without needing to see a GP first, helping them access the right care more quickly.

I provide expert advice, education, and personalised treatment plans to help patients manage pain, improve mobility, and prevent future problems. Where appropriate, I can refer patients for investigations, rehabilitation, or specialist services, working closely with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care.

My aim is to help patients stay active, improve their function, and support them in achieving the best possible outcomes for their health and wellbeing.
