We care for around 6,500 patients across NE8, NE9 and NE10, supporting individuals and families through every stage of life. We recognise that everyone’s health needs and circumstances are different, and we aim to make our practice a welcoming place where every patient feels valued and respected.

Our aim is to offer compassionate, accessible and high-quality care, while taking the time to understand the needs of the people and communities we serve. Our dedicated team includes four GPs, Independent Nurse Prescribers, Practice Nurses, a Healthcare Assistant, a Paramedic, a First Contact Physiotherapist, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, a Mental Health Practitioner, Community Link Workers and a Digital Transformation Team. Each brings valuable knowledge, experience and skills, helping us to support a broad range of physical health, mental health and wellbeing needs.

Our clinical team is supported by a fantastic, multi-skilled administration team, who play an essential role in the day-to-day running of the practice. From welcoming patients and handling their care needs to helping coordinate appointments and care, they work closely with our healthcare professionals to support patients throughout their experience with us. By working together, we can help you reach the team member or service best suited to your needs.

We are also proud to be part of Gateshead East Primary Care Network, working alongside St Albans Medical Group, Pelaw Medical Practice and Longrigg Medical Group. Through this partnership, we share expertise and work collaboratively to offer our patients access to a wider range of services and more joined-up care across our community.
