At our practice, we are proud to provide friendly, family-focused healthcare at the heart of our local community. We care for around 6,500 patients across NE8, NE9 and NE10, supporting individuals and families through every stage of life.
Our aim is to offer compassionate, accessible and high-quality care, while taking the time to understand the needs of the people and communities we serve. Whether you need advice for a new health concern, support with a long-term condition, help with medication, or guidance on your wellbeing, our wider healthcare team is here to help you access the right care at the right time.
Our dedicated team includes three GPs, Indapendant Nurse Prescribers, Practice Nurses, a Healthcare Assistant, a Paramedic, a First Contact Physiotherapist, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, a Mental Health Practitioner and Community Link Workers. Our clinical team is supported by a fantastic, multi-skilled administration team. By working together,
we are able to offer a broad range of skills and support within the practice and across the local area.
We are also proud to be part of Gateshead East Primary Care Network, working alongside St Albans Medical Group, Pelaw Medical Practice and Longrigg Medical Group. Through this partnership, we can offer our patients access to a wider range of services and joined-up care across our community.
Above all, we want our patients to feel welcomed, listened to and supported. We are committed to building lasting relationships with our patients and continuing to provide care that reflects the needs of our close-knit local community.
