Practice Manager / Gateshead East PCN Digital Transformation Lead Assistant
Introduction
As Practice Manager, I am responsible for all aspects of managing the practice which includes leadership, practice management, operational management, finance, performance, CQC planning, strategic business and workforce development, training, mentoring, auditing, H&S and HR. I am also responsible in developing and improving the services we provide. I’ve worked for the NHS and general practice since the age of 17, I have worked as the practice’s Deputy Practice Manager since September 2021 and moved into this role in August 2024.
In 2023 I expanded my role into our Primary Care Network (Gateshead East PCN) when I joined our Digital Transformation Team as Digital Transformation Lead Assistant. As part of this work, we are delivering and driving digital transformation and digital inclusion for patients across our Primary Care Network.
I am highly passionate and dedicated towards general practice, it’s sustainability and providing first class patient care and I thoroughly enjoy my job!
