PCN Manager

As the Primary Care Network (PCN) Manager, I oversee the day-to-day operational management of the network, supporting our member GP practices to work together in delivering high-quality, joined-up care for our local population. I work closely with the PCN Clinical Director, practice teams, and partner organisations to coordinate services, manage projects, and ensure the effective delivery of PCN initiatives.

My role includes leading operational planning, workforce development, financial management, governance, and service improvement. I am committed to strengthening collaboration across the network, supporting innovation, and ensuring our services remain efficient, sustainable, and focused on meeting the needs of our patients and communities.
