PCN Pharmacy Technician

As a Primary Care Network (PCN) Pharmacy Technician, I work with GP practices and the wider healthcare team to support the safe and effective use of medicines. I help patients get the most from their medication by carrying out medication reviews, updating prescriptions, supporting medicines reconciliation after hospital discharge, and ensuring accurate medication records.

Working closely with GPs, Clinical Pharmacists, and community pharmacies, I help improve prescribing processes, reduce medicine-related risks, and support patients with any questions about their treatment. I am committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and helping ensure medicines are used safely and effectively.
