Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner (TACP)

As a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner (TACP), I am undertaking advanced training to develop the knowledge, clinical skills, and professional judgement required to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Working under appropriate supervision while building increasing autonomy, I assess, diagnose, and manage patients with a wide range of health conditions, supporting timely and effective treatment.

My training follows the four pillars of Advanced Clinical Practice: clinical practice, leadership and management, education, and research. This enables me to contribute to service improvement, promote evidence-based practice, and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate, and effective care.
