Health Care Assistant & QOF Lead
Introduction
I assist clinical staff in the provision of treatment for both routine and long-term conditions, preventative care, health promotion and patient education with a range of clinical skills. I also manage the nursing team rotas and assist the practice in ensuring performance, quality standards and targets in relation to the GMS Contract, Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF), are achieved every year. I’ve worked elsewhere in General Practice and Pharmacies before coming to Crowhall in 2022. I work part-time.
