As a Practice Nurse, I provide a wide range of nursing care and support to patients within the practice, working closely with the clinical team to promote health, prevent illness, and manage ongoing conditions. I deliver care across areas such as long-term condition monitoring, wound care, immunisations, cervical screening, and health promotion.
