PCN Paramedic

As a Primary Care Network (PCN) Paramedic, I work alongside GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of health conditions. I provide expert clinical care for patients with urgent and same-day healthcare needs, carrying out assessments in the practice, over the telephone, or during home visits when appropriate.

My role includes supporting patients with acute illnesses, long-term conditions, and complex healthcare needs, ensuring they receive timely, effective, and person-centred care. By working collaboratively with colleagues across primary and community care, I help improve access to services and ensure patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
